mortgage with two incomes (zzper and FT contact)

Sorry for my lack of Dutch.
Can anyone give me any advice on obtaining a mortage based on two incomes.
I was told the rules have changed and banks no longer except a full time contract along with a zzper income. Is there a way around this? Am I allowed to make my wife the owner of the zzp? will this work?
